The Santos Dress is crafted from soft, breathable cotton and finished with delicate lace inserts at the hem and sleeves for a subtle, feminine touch. The relaxed silhouette features a V neckline with gentle gathers, 3/4 sleeves for added sun coverage, and a self-fabric belt so you can wear it loose or cinched to suit your style.
Knee-length and complete with internal side pockets, it's made for everything from beach days to long lunches. Just add sandals and sunglasses.
SHIPPING
For orders placed before 1pm AEST (Monday-Friday), we will endeavour to process the following business day.
During weekends, Public Holidays, and Promotional Sales there may be a slightly longer processing time.
All Bella Lou the Label orders are hand-picked and packed with love in Holbrook, Australia.
Our location is classified as regional, therefore we cannot offer overnight delivery all parcels are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping Within Australia
• STANDARD SHIPPING for all Australian orders is $12.95 flat rate.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, including those purchased in promotions. All discounted sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, anti-chaffing shorts, lingerie, socks or face masks.
Standard Return Policy
- We accept change of mind returns within 40 days (including weekends) of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. No exchange/refund or credit note.
- All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer
- All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
- We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you for the purchase price of the items, less any shipping costs incurred and/or discounts applied when the goods were purchased.
- Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.
